Anti-corruption & Ethics

At North Atlantic Seafood and the Kangamiut Group, we maintain a zero-tolerance approach to corruption, bribery, fraud and money laundering. Our Anti-Corruption & Ethics Policy sets out the standards and principles that guide our business conduct and applies across our operations and business relationships. Any breach of these principles may lead to disciplinary action, including employment termination and potential legal prosecution.

 

Transparency and accountability are at the core of how we operate. We encourage employees and partners to report any suspected misconduct either directly to executive management, or through our whistleblower reporting scheme, which ensures anonymity and protection for those who speak up.

The Kangamiut Group whistleblower reporting system

As part of the Kangamiut Group and Kangamiut Seafood, in North Atlantic Seafood we strive for an open corporate culture where everyone can come forward freely and report any suspected irregularities or illegalities. 

 

As a supplement thereto, Kangamiut has set up a whistleblower scheme where all employees anonymously can report violations or omissions in relation to legislation as well as other serious and sensitive matters.
